All our products are handmade to order, meaning each item is individually crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of this, production requires time to ensure the highest quality. Depending on the season and order volume, production can take up to 8 business days. During busy periods, it may take the full 8 business days.

Once your item has completed production, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping typically takes up to 6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used. International shipping may take longer due to customs processing or local carrier procedures.

When you place an order, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note that the tracking will not show any updates while your product is still in production. This is normal and does not indicate a delay. Tracking updates will begin only once your order leaves production and is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

We use USPS for orders within the United States. For international orders, we partner with reliable local carriers to ensure your package reaches you safely. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and secure, as we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

Because every item is custom-made on demand, we cannot guarantee rush production or expedited shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these production and shipping timelines, and understand that the carrier assumes responsibility for your package once it is marked as delivered.
