We take great care in producing high-quality, handmade products. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective. To request a return, we require clear photo proof of the defect. Do not send any item back unless your return has been approved, as our return address differs from our shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

All our products are handmade to order based on the specifications you select. We do not carry stock, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size issues. Please carefully follow our size chart when placing your order. By ordering, you confirm that you understand the size specifications.

Once the carrier marks your order as delivered on their website, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and that someone is available to receive the package. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders to monitor delivery.
