Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. No matter where you are, you can place an order, and we’ll ensure it gets to you safely.
How long will it take to get my order?
All our products are handmade to order, which means they require time to be carefully produced before shipping.
Production time: up to 8 business days, depending on the season and order volume. During peak periods, production may take the full 8 business days.
Shipping time: once production is complete, your order is shipped and typically takes an additional up to 6 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number right away. Please note that the tracking will not move or show updates while your item is still in production. This is completely normal. Once your order leaves production and is handed over to the shipping carrier, the tracking will begin updating automatically.
We emphasize this to maintain full transparency, our products are custom-made, not pre-stocked, and we take great care to ensure quality over speed.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For orders within the United States, we use USPS. For international orders, we work with reliable local carriers depending on the destination to ensure safe and timely delivery.
How do I customize my order? / Is there a charge to make a design for me?
There’s no extra charge — it’s completely free to create a custom design for you.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you with a design preview for approval before production.
Do we make reflective or embroided ?
No, we currently don’t offer reflective or embroidered designs.
All our products are fully printed using high-quality sublimation for vibrant, long-lasting colors.
What kind of jerseys do you make?
We create a wide range of custom jerseys, including baseball, crop baseball, hockey, and basketball styles.
